This interview is to dive deeper into the candidates, experience, technical skills, consultancy skills, and culture fit.

Interview with Chief Growth Officer

Dive deeper into candidates' technical proficiencies. The interview will be with two senior members of the practice.

Final Interview with Chief Executive Officer

Offer Stage

Commence backgrounds checks
Create Offer letter
Present Offer letter (when background checks are complete)
